White-label: your branding on what clients see

On Agency, put your own logo and name in place of Optimate's on approval pages, client emails, shared links and downloads.

On the Agency plan, including the Agency trial, what your clients see can carry your agency's logo and name instead of Optimate's. Nothing your own team sees changes.

Switch it on

  1. Open Account and find Branding your clients see. Only the account's owner sees it.
  2. Enter your agency name and upload your logo: PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG or GIF, up to 2MB.
  3. Turn on Use my branding on what clients see, then press Save branding.

What changes

  • The approval page and the approval emails your clients get show your logo and name in place of "Approvals powered by Optimate" and the Optimate logo.
  • Shared report and calendar links show your branding instead of Optimate's.
  • Scheduled client report emails come from your agency's name.
  • Your clients' Link in bio pages no longer show "Made with Optimate".
  • The Excel download carries your logo and name, and both Excel and CSV file names start with your agency's name rather than Optimate's.

If the switch is on but you haven't added a name or a logo, your clients keep seeing the Optimate mark until you add one.

Frequently asked

Is white-label on Studio?

No, it's part of Agency. On Studio, a shared report ends with a small Made with Optimate footer.
