What this page does and doesn’t cover

It reports Optimate’s own background jobs. It can’t report outages at the social platforms themselves — if LinkedIn or Instagram stop accepting posts, that shows up here as publishing failures, but the cause is upstream. Historical figures from before 7 days ago are deliberately excluded.

Scheduled publishing is also checked live against the queue: it shows Delayed when a post that was due more than 30 minutes ago is still waiting to go out, and Down when that has lasted two hours. A quiet night with nothing scheduled is not an outage, and neither is a post waiting on a client’s approval or one that failed on its own account.
