Questions
How do I use the template?
Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Replace each prompt in square brackets with your own post, change the dates and times to suit you, and keep the column names as they are.
Can I import it into Optimate?
Yes. It is in the same format as Optimate's Bulk upload, so the filled-in file schedules every row at once. Bulk upload shows each post before anything is scheduled. It is on Pro and up, and in every 14-day free trial.
How often should a small business post?
Three times a week is a pace most businesses can keep up, and keeping it up matters more than the number. Start there and add more once it is a habit.

Rather not fill in a spreadsheet?
Optimate's Plan my week drafts a week of posts in your brand's voice for you to check, then schedules them across every platform. No card needed.
