Optimate vs Sendible
Sendible is an agency-focused platform priced by workspaces and profiles, with unlimited users on every plan, an inbox for comments, RSS auto-posting and a genuine white-label option.
Our verdict
For agencies whose bottleneck is writing, Optimate is the better choice: each client's content gets written on-brand, it's cheaper for the first few clients, and there's a free tier after the trial. Sendible leads on full white label and a heavier shared inbox.

Who each one is for
Choose Sendible if…
Agencies that want to resell social media management under their own brand — Sendible offers a true white-label dashboard, which Optimate does not — and teams that live in a shared comment inbox.
Choose Optimate if…
Agencies and small businesses that want each client's content written on-brand, with images, at a lower price for the first few clients.
Pricing side by side
Each product is shown in the currency it actually bills in. We deliberately don’t convert these into one currency — the rate moves, and a converted figure would misrepresent what Sendible charges.

Why teams choose Optimate over Sendible
Each client's content gets written
Sendible gives you a place to schedule what your team has written. Optimate keeps a brand kit per client — voice, audience, forbidden words — and writes captions and on-brand images against it, which is the part of agency work that actually takes the hours.
Cheaper for the first few clients
Three clients cost £59/month on Optimate Studio against £75 on Sendible Plus, and Optimate's Pro plan has more connected accounts than Sendible Core for about the same price.
A free tier after the trial
When Sendible's 14-day trial ends, a card is required to continue. Optimate drops to a free tier instead, so nothing stops working just because the trial ran out.
Every tool you get with Optimate
Whichever tool you’re weighing us against, this is the full toolkit — every tool and benefit included, because the content is generated on-brand, not just scheduled.
Where Sendible has the edge
We’d rather tell you than have you find out. If one of these is a dealbreaker, Sendible may suit you better.
Real white label
Sendible can put your agency's brand on the whole dashboard, so clients log in to what looks like your product. On Agency, Optimate puts your brand on client reports, approval pages and client emails, but not on the app itself. If reselling under your own name is the business model, Sendible does it and we don't.
A more developed inbox
Sendible monitors and replies to comments across its networks on every plan, including Facebook and Instagram. Optimate's inbox can't reach Facebook or Instagram comments until the platform approval comes through.
Automation and scale for big agencies
RSS auto-posting, content libraries, bulk posting with dynamic fields, and plans up to 300 profiles. An agency past fifty accounts will find more headroom on Sendible.
Common questions
Does Optimate offer white label like Sendible?
Partly. On the Agency plan, client reports, approval pages and client emails carry your agency's logo and name instead of ours (on Studio, reports keep a small Optimate footer) — but the dashboard itself stays Optimate and there's no custom domain. Sendible sells a full white-label dashboard as an add-on on Elite and Enterprise, from $349/month. If that matters, it's the stronger choice.
Is Optimate cheaper than Sendible?
For one to three clients, yes: Optimate Studio is £59/month for three clients against Sendible Plus at £75. At the top end Sendible scales further, up to 300 profiles on Enterprise at £620/month.
Is Optimate a good Sendible alternative?
For an agency whose bottleneck is writing on-brand content for each client, yes. For one that resells under its own brand or runs a heavy shared inbox, Sendible is ahead today.
Try it against your own accounts
Every account starts with a 14-day trial of Studio, with no card required — enough to judge the content quality against whatever you use today. After that the free plan covers 3 connected accounts and 5 AI text generations to try — images and video are on paid plans.
