Inbox mood labels and Mentions

See which comments are complaints or questions, and find posts that mention your business on Bluesky.

Mood labels

Each comment, reply and Google review in your Inbox gets a mood label: Positive, Negative or Question. Most messages are neutral and carry no label. Use the mood filter to answer complaints and questions first, and the mood card for how the last 30 days compared with the weeks before. Labelling uses none of your AI credits.

Mentions

  1. Open Inbox → Mentions.
  2. Add your business name. A product, a place or a hashtag works too, up to five per brand.
  3. Optimate checks Bluesky every hour and lists new posts that mention them.

Mentions searches Bluesky only. If you manage several clients, each client has its own list.
