Optimate's plans, what each includes, and how billing and trials work.

Plans

Free — up to 3 social profiles, basic planner, core analytics overview and 5 AI generations to try.
Pro — up to 5 social profiles, full planner and scheduler, expanded AI generation, analytics dashboard and the Claude connector.
Agency — unlimited workspaces, advanced scheduling and approvals, priority support, advanced reporting and the Claude connector.

Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time before it ends.
Choose monthly or annual billing; annual is discounted.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Manage or cancel from your account's billing portal.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Open your account and use the billing portal to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

What happens to my content if I downgrade?

Your content stays in Optimate. Some features (like the number of profiles or AI generations) follow the limits of your new plan.

Update your profile, control your data, and delete your account if you need to.
