Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the plan you chose when you signed up — Pro, Studio or Agency — with no card. A Pro trial covers one brand and up to 10 connected accounts; a Studio trial 15 accounts and 3 clients; an Agency trial 15 accounts and 5 clients. Every trial comes with 300 credits of AI.
If you haven't subscribed when the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is charged, and nothing is deleted: your connected accounts, posts, drafts, schedule and analytics history all stay.
What keeps working on Free
- Post now, to any account you've connected except X.
- Scheduling, up to 5 posts in the queue at once.
- The Planner and Profile Health.
What pauses
- Posts queued beyond the first 5. The soonest 5 still publish; the rest are paused — kept, not failed. A paused post more than a day past its time goes back to your drafts, so you can give it a new time.
- The AI tools, apart from a one-off allowance of 5 free text generations. AI images need a paid plan.
- The Inbox and competitor tracking.
- Posting to X. Posts to X, scheduled or not, won't publish on Free, and connecting X needs a paid plan.
- Analytics. Your analytics history is kept, and comes back when you subscribe.
- Connecting more accounts once you have 3. Accounts you already connected stay connected.
- Extra clients, if you trialled Studio or Agency. Free covers one brand: the one you chose to keep, otherwise your oldest. The others are paused — their scheduled posts wait, and their review, calendar and report links show as paused.
Picking it back up
Subscribe from Account or the plans page and paused posts go back into the queue automatically. Studio or Agency brings every paused client back as well.
If you subscribe before your trial ends, you keep the days you have left: the first payment is taken when the trial would have ended. In the trial's last two days, it is taken straight away.
